The Computer Systems & Information Technology program is designed to provide real-world relevant training. In the program, students receive training on hardware and software for multiple types of personal computers. Included is training on operating systems by Microsoft, Apple, and the Ubuntu distribution of Linux. The training covers basic to advanced concepts dealing with setup, configuration, maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting, and repair.
This program offers a broad foundation of knowledge and skills to prepare students for employment in Building Construction Trade. The content includes practical experiences in construction-related skills such as materials handling, safety, carpentry, masonry, site layout, plumbing, electric, framing, roofing, concrete, communication, hand tools, and power tools.
This course will provide clinical experiences necessary for the development of the skills required to be a competent cosmetologist. The allocation of time to the various phases of cosmetology is prescribed by the Florida State Board of Cosmetology. This course includes a portion of the hours required for licensure. Topics to be covered include: permanent waving and relaxers, hair color and bleaching, skin scalp and hair treatments, haircutting, styling dispensary, manicure/pedicure/nail techniques, reception, safety precautions/decontamination, Hazardous Duty Standards Act compliance, advanced styling and hair shaping, industry concepts, and exposure to a salon setting

The Applied Cyber Security program is designed to teach the body of technologies, processes, and practices to protect networks, computers, programs, and data from attack damage and unauthorized access.
The Multimedia Design program focuses on producing the conceptual, technical, and visual design skills required to create multimedia applications and environments. Students will extend their knowledge of professional applications for many programs, including Adobe, digital video editing, etc. Hands-on projects will provide essential skills in working in a broad range of media.
The fundamental goals of the Early childhood Education program is to provide you with the knowledge, wisdom, and strategies of child development. Students are introduced and engaged with active learning that is developmentally appropriate. You will experience the fun of knowing how students learn individually and within group settings. You will have the opportunity to plan, implement, and evaluate hands-on teaching/learning skills.
The ELL program focuses on learning English through reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills required to get a job, get promoted and communicate in the community. Students expand their knowledge of the English language and practice everyday conversation and real-life situations using computer programs, hands-on activities, and small group projects.
Immokalee Technical College’s GED program is designed to prepare students to pass the GED examination and earn their high school diploma. Florida State certified teachers instruct students in reading, language arts, essay writing, science, social studies, and mathematics using curriculum approved by the Florida Department of Education.
The Heavy Equipment Service Technician (HEST) program focuses on producing technical skills as a foundation that will prepare a student to maintain, diagnose, and repair all associated heavy equipment systems. In addition, parallel skills associated with Heavy Duty Trucks will be mastered with the objective of successful completion of ASE Certification on T2, T4, T6, and T8 examinations. Students will be able to practice and continue to develop their skills with practical application on current production diesel engines, transmissions, buses, and motor grader. They will be proficient in using web-based service software, ordering parts, and creating reports of service work accomplished.
The iTECH Practical Nursing program focuses on producing an outstanding practical nurse who is ready to take and pass the NCLEX-PN (Nursing Council Licensure exam – Practical Nurse, and to function well in a broad variety of nursing settings caring for adults, children, and the elderly. Over 50% of the program is clinical.
Learn to be a Computer Numerical Control Machinist (CNC Machinist) and study tooling and machining with state of the art equipment and software in a hands-on learning environment.
Medical Coder and Biller is a program designed to prepare students for employment in a variety of health care settings as an entry-level coder, medical record coder, coding technician, or coding clerks, or medical coder/biller.
The iTECH Nursing Assistant (Articulated) program focuses on producing an excellent nursing assistant who is ready to take and pass the Florida Certified Nursing Assistant exam, and to function well caring for the elderly resident in a long-term care facility or an assisted living center or even in the client’s home.
